Welcome to Coffee Sensor ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the Coffee Sensor app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. No Accounts or Data Collection

Coffee Sensor does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and does not transmit any data to external servers. All data processed by the App — including sensor readings and settings — remains entirely on your device.

3. Permitted Use

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use to monitor espresso brewing equipment via Bluetooth. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.

- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or connected hardware.

- Misrepresent the App or its capabilities.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or Bluetooth hardware.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to damage to brewing equipment or loss of data.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current Terms are always available within the App or on our website.
